Back On Herbalife

I am back!!
Yes people...
I am back on herbalife...
After nearly 2 months break from taking herbalife...
Today... I had herbalife for breakfast...

Thanx to Frank of Nutrion Station for giving the new supply...


So..let see.. my herbalife intake today..

breakfast
- F1 - 2 scoops
- F3 - 1 scoop
- 100ml juice

3 liter tea mix for the whole day

lunch - white rice with fried fish n vege

tea time - mee hoon soup

no dinner for today

The top five cancer-causing foods are:

Hot dogs Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.



2. Processed meats and baconAlso high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.


3. Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer. Bye-bye Big Apple Donut, Dunkin Donuts etc

4. French fries. Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams . 5. Chips, crackers, and cookiesAll are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

Healthy Dinner

ummmmm...sedapnyerrr.....




Malam tadi konon2 nyer we had a healthy dinner lah...


So, mari kita tengok healthy dinner apakah yg dimaksudkan... hehe...




jeng... jeng....




hmmm...sayuran n beberapa jenis makanan yg lain... (malas nak tulis...tgk sendiri)






ermmm... yg ni ok... agak tidak healthy kot sebab ada seafood yg tinggi kolestrol nyer...

close up sket.... ada udang,sotong,ayam,ikan, mushroom..ehh..daging pun ada..




boleh dimakan bersama mee atau kue teow





haaaa... direbus yer... maknanya... kami nak makan steamboat lah nih.. hehe...




okeh.. masukkan segala lauk pauk tadi yer... ada dua bahagaian periuk tu...

satu sup tom yam... satu lagi sup biasa je...

sementara menunggu ianya masak...kita makan ini dulu yer... tapi agak tidak healthy lah pulak sebab ini goreng-goreng punyer... ada tauhu yg dlm nyer isi ikan (fish cake) dan satu lagi apa ek nama nyer...iskk lupa la pulak... haa... wantan... yg kiri tu wantan...


sambil tu hirup ais bandung special... aaahhhhh... best best... yg satu lagi kat belakang tu apple juice yer...




haaaa...inilah end product nyer... yum...yumm...

Mesti nak tau kan.. di mana n berapa RM nyer... hehe...
