Eat Eggs To Lose Weight?

In today's NST (Life & Times page 5), I read that eating two eggs a day could help you lose weight and cut cholesterol levels. Coz it will make u feel fuller for a longer time.
Waaahhh..this is great isn't it? But of course we need to eat it in a right way, I mean no frying etc.
