Lagu Rawan
I am so happy with that... haha...pasni leh la post byk2 lirik lagu kat sini... tapi mcm lari dari tema blog ni la pulak kan...
Just now...lagi laa buat aku happy... Aku sesajer je google "lagu rawan" and guess what??? Blog ni first dlm listing...yeahhh!!
So... memang nak kena letak lirik lagu banyak2 lah... with lagu rawan i kindda hit the jackpot la kan.. haha... walaupun 39 hits jekkk.. hehehe... blog lain ribu riban hits satu ari selamba je kan..

Back On Herbalife
Yes people...
I am back on herbalife...
After nearly 2 months break from taking herbalife...
Today... I had herbalife for breakfast...
Thanx to Frank of Nutrion Station for giving the new supply...
So..let see.. my herbalife intake today..
breakfast

Healthy Dinner
ermmm... yg ni ok... agak tidak healthy kot sebab ada seafood yg tinggi kolestrol nyer...
close up sket.... ada udang,sotong,ayam,ikan, mushroom..ehh..daging pun ada..
sementara menunggu ianya masak...kita makan ini dulu yer... tapi agak tidak healthy lah pulak sebab ini goreng-goreng punyer... ada tauhu yg dlm nyer isi ikan (fish cake) dan satu lagi apa ek nama nyer...iskk lupa la pulak... haa... wantan... yg kiri tu wantan...
sambil tu hirup ais bandung special... aaahhhhh... best best... yg satu lagi kat belakang tu apple juice yer...
haaaa...inilah end product nyer... yum...yumm...
Mesti nak tau kan.. di mana n berapa RM nyer... hehe...

After a Meal....

DON'T ACT THE 7 ACTIONS BELOW AFTER YOU HAVE A MEAL

Brain Damage

Day 47: Two Shakes
Makan nasi time buka posa - I had nasi putih+tomyam+kailan+telur bistik+sotong halia with teh o kurang manis... tak abis pun nasi...makan tomyam je banyak... Malam lepas bukak posa just had 1.5 litre of tea mix.

I started Herbalife with me weighing 82.9kg
Tapi...rasa tak percaya tu tetap ada sebab timbang pakai penimbang yg kat Giant yg letak duit 20sen tuuu... walaupun baju dah start longgar tapi still tak caya gak...sebab 5kg tu banyak gakk tapi baju longgar skit je... Tapiii..apa2 pun...yey!!... hihi...

Herbalife: Day 10
Last week sememangnya diet aku sedikit hancusss... erkk...bukan sedikit kot...byk hancus laa..
Towards the end of last week aku dah tak amik shakes dgn konsisten.
Macam mana ni!!! Baru seminggu dah mula goyah!!
On Saturday aku ada kursus...punyerlah melantakkk...hehe... had a big breakfast! Dok hotel lah katakan...then followed by delicious lunch of nasi minyakkkk....uhh..uhhh....mmg beshh...
Tapi nyer...the next day tu lah aku g timbang yg turun 0.4kg tuuu..hehe... dah la b4 timbang tu baru lepas makan brunch kat kedai mamak...hehe...
Okeh..enuf about that... as for today....
Hari ni I just had two shakes. For breakfast and few hours before lunch. Managed to drink only 1.5 litre of tea mix.
As for lunch..
nasi putih separuh
ayam goreng saiz kecil
ikan masak merah saiz kecil gak
sayur? erkkk..tade kot...
kuah ikan asam pedas
air plak.. apple juice eh... apple susu.. hehe...
Malam? Minum je... tak lapar plak belah malam...minum air putih jek...

Before meeting I had my one n only shakes..
Masa meeting terrrr.. makan 2 kuih... opsss... hehe tp tak minum tau, minum tea mix yg aku bawak bekal tu jekla
Lunch - nasi putih, 2 jenis sayur n ayam kicap
Before lunch dah abis 1.5 liter tea mix
Balik umah...refill tea mix another 1.5 liter
Petang tak makan apa pun...just minum tea mix je
Malam makan 2 biji apples...
Shaker tertinggal kat opis la pulak...iskkk...
Baru hari keempat..dah tak berdisiplin....

Day Two
So, mcm kena plan la nak ber-herbalife mcm mana dengan jadual keje yg padat.
Plan nyer nak start minum a mug of tea mix as early at 6:30am, tapi lambat bangun. Pukul 7am lebih baru minum.
Then later at 8:15 minum my first shakes for today. dah buat siap2 masa kat umah tadi,
Then at 11:30am another shakes, but this time without the orange juice, so water letak 400ml in stead of 300ml. - Tak beshh...sebab tawar sangat...
Then at 1:15pm I had lunch; nasi separuh, sayur taugeh, tempe n kentang goreng + ikan goreng
I know... my lunch was not healthy...but hey.. slow2 la kan...so that tak lah tensen sangat...
Now 8:30pm nak g buat shakes jap...
So far had 1.5liter tea mix je... n 500ml water
